I drank two 14oz cups daily, letting two teabags steep in a pot of boiling hot water. I drank this along with the Full Body Cleanse and think this will be a great addition to my health regimen, once I complete the cleanse. I’m not sure if I drank too much but I will say it definitely cleansed me out thoroughly, several times a day, LOL. I have been eating more fruits and veggies along with a lot of water so that probably added to me going so much.
