I am definitely a true believer of the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. I had such great success that shared my experience with family and friends. Here are some of the positive results I experienced: I lost 18 pounds; I noticed that my knees no longer ached when I walked up the escalator at the Metro station; my left leg no longer ached at night when I slept on my left side; I had lots of energy; no craving for sweets; and just overall, I felt better than I had in quite some time. *

The Full Body Cleanse was way easier than I thought it would be. I expected to have serious withdrawals from meat, sugar, cooked food etc. I have a minor headache the first day. After that the hardest part was just trying to keep my meals interesting. I was never hungry cause I could eat all the time--as many fruit/veggies I wanted. I felt good all the time...no sluggishness or sleepy in the afternoon. I have totally given up coffee. By day 17/18, I really just wanted the taste of something cooked (Fried chicken).
