I completed the Full Body Cleanse and in 21 days I lost 19 lbs. It is not an easy thing to do if you are not used to the raw food diet.I struggled with it and there were a lot of pills to take (30 per day) however the reward of loosing the weight was very beneficial. The weight lost is what gave me the encouragement to keep going. Unfortunately I did not maintain the healthy living so right after I ended the cleanse I started back my old eating habits and needless to say the weight came right back. I will be ordering the cleanse again in the next few days. This time I hope I can try to maintain the healthy eating habits afterwards. I recommend this cleanse to anyone who is looking to shed some weight along with feeling lighter and healthier. I don't have any complaints about the cleanse. The only thing is I wish there weren't so many pills to take but other than that it is a good cleanse to do. *

FULL BODY CLEANSE ABSOLUTELY WORKS!! First let me say this has been HARD (to follow to the tee) but today is my 19th day (only one more to go) and I have lost 19lbs. Today someone saw me and commented "YOU LOST WEIGHT" and I smiled. Not only did I stick to the cleanse and lose weight but my sugar cravings are GONE and I have decided to EAT CLEAN going forward including following a raw food diet of at least 3 days a week (I have to be realistic to myself) . My skin is brighter and I am no longer as OILY as I used to be (and that is one reason I won't revert back to my old eating habits!!) Again it's really an adjustment to follow the raw food diet but if you put your mind to it and just GO FOR IT before you know it you will be at the 19th day heading to the last day of cleanse feeling like a champion. Best $120 I've ever spent!!!!!!!! *

Great weight loss success! Went from size 16 to 14, I was determined to stick with the Full Body Cleanse, 1st week was adjusting to no coffee in the morning which was my normal routine. However, I was determined which made all my usual eating habits not as hard to give up or change. The 20 days actually went faster than I anticipated.
