This was a great cleanse that was relatively easy to maintain and complete! Because you have many food options, I found this considerably better than the "gunk" and dog bisects of other cleanses. The charcoal was a little challenging at first, not because it tasted poor, it was just the fact of what it is, however the benefits are obvious! Although I cheated a little on my sons birthday, I did loose 8 sold pounds and felt great! I will order and complete several times a year! Thank you - Mark *

My husband did the Full Body Cleanser together and usually my husband will not try stuff with me, but after the first 10 day cleanser he had the nerve to ask me if I had already ordered another round and when was it coming. I really did not know what to expect when I tried the weight release cleanse. I read the testimonials and heard my favorite radio personalities raving about the results they obtained so I decided to place the order. When I received the box I opened eager to change my life and had no idea what I was in store for. I had no idea I would need to shift my thinking about food and commit to my health. It was absolutely worth it. I never felt hungry, I tried fruits and vegetables that I had never even considered eating, I slept better, I felt more energized during the day and I dropped pounds. 15 to be exact. This was a great experience, however you should have access to good quality produce! Fortunately I did and it made the cleanse way better and although not enjoyable, tolerable :) The tea was my favorite and I have ordered additional as a daily supplement. This was much better than other cleanses, as you can eat normal food and all within moderation. I wasn't able to open a bottle of water without feeling pain. I wasn't able to walk up steps or bend my knees to pick up things from the ground. Every morning I woke up feeling sick in my stomach and feeling dizzy. On my 7day of taking the Full Body Cleanse every pain and discomfort went away. I learn to eat more greens and fruits. I feel much better thanks to Dherbs. *

This is one of the best full Body Cleanse, it was easy to use and I love the way you feel I never felt sick like the book said that you might feel weak never did never had a headache 20 days sound long but once you got with the program everything fell in place. Even today if feel just fine I loss a few pound and that was a plus for me. Eating all raw and green food was not hard at all I felt that it would be hard to go with out the meat man I never through about the meat the hold time It is a good appetite controller and I like that and it just work. Following the directions is the key. Staying focused and mentally strong. Dherbs does it again with the Full Body Cleanse. This is my fourth cleanse and each time I drop 15-20 pounds. Each time I get better with choosing more foods that follow the cleanse. I really enjoy the challenge each time. *
