I really enjoyed doing the Dherbs 10 Day Full Body Cleanse. The first few days took some getting used to, but once I got into a routine, it was pretty easy to stick with. By the end, I definitely felt lighter, less bloated, and more refreshed. What I liked most was that it gave me a chance to reset and be more intentional about what I was eating and putting into my body. I also liked having everything laid out instead of having to figure out what supplements to take on my own. Overall, I’m really happy I tried it.
