These are the only multi-vitamins I take. When taking the Multi-Vitamins and Minerals, I definitely feel when I don’t have them or missed a few days. I like that I’m getting the nutrients from herbs rather than synthetically. And I also find the to be easy to take. *

I have used The Full Body Cleanse many times. I was living life and forgot about it this product, but I am so glad it has crossed my path again. I used this in May, I lost 12 lbs and 20 inches. I did not workout at the time. I also I’m going to try the parasite cleanse as well as the liver cleanse. I’m so excited! I will try the weight release after both cleanses. *

Do Not Wait to get this! I started the cleanse right after my last cycle so I could purposely see any difference. I am 45 and perimenopausal. A day or two before and during my period I would get cramps…the 2nd and 3rd days were heavy bleeding with having to change my sanitary pads every hour and doubling up at night to prevent any leaks. By the 4th day the flow would be a bit lighter and by the 5th day same light flow. So I did the female cleanse and stuck mostly to the raw diet. I am vegetarian so I still had some eggs here and there but ate pumpkin tofu instead of soy. I ended the cleanse a little more than the week of my next cycle. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! No cramps…not one heavy flow day and no cramps! Also I use all cotton natural pads and never have any chemical odor from the chlorine found in non-cotton pads but still have some light odor just from blood….NOT THIS TIME! NO ODOR AT ALL! And every day of my period was light to medium flow at most…NO HEAVY DAYS and no doubling pads! And my period only lasted 3 days vs the normal 5! I will say this I continued with the Female Hormonal and the Hair Skin and Nails supplements that were in the female cleanse (you can buy them separate) and took them even after the cleanse ended. I didn’t use the magnet that you are supposed to put over your thyroid that comes in the cleanse (to me there isn't enough scientific info to use that) but I am so thankful for that cleanse and what it did on the inside because the results after were proof they work! Do not wait please get this! *
