I recommend The Yoni Cleanser Formula 1 milllion percent. The instructions are for 3 capsules. I only took 2 at a time consistently until I reached half the bottle. No cramping, minimal bloating, but light enough for me to prepare. Every cycle since then has been a breeze. No cramping. Much lighter and actually becoming shorter.
