The Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen worked AMAZING!!!! The diet was incredibly difficult to follow but I stuck with it. FYI You will feel wiped out foggy etc the first day or two I also got a headache but STICK with it. I did the Full Body Cleanse about a year ago. It worked well but it was not easy. I fell off day 13 and loss approximately 15 pounds. I am going to do it again and will succeed the next time! I will recommend this cleanse to family and friends. *
