This experience has been really amazing for me. I just finished my 2nd week going into my 3rd and have lost 20 pounds already. I can honestly say that I have not cheated at all: I have only eaten raw foods and nuts and only am drinking water. It has become second nature to me to eat salads without dressing and find different ways to make my salads taste better. My appetite is non existent, I literally have to make myself eat because I'm never hungry. I really love this product. I have completed my entire Full Body Cleanse detox and I'm proud to say that I have lost 17.8 lbs. I have so much energy. The first 3 day was a beast but I made it. I was having so much problems with digestion of my food, pain and bloating, and gas. I have NOT had any of those problems during my detox. I think that I will continue with this a my eating plan because I feel like a new person. I work full time and I teach 9 ZUMBA classes each week. So, yes you will have so much energy. I promise. Uterus tea is a product I have been looking for a very long time it really reduced my cramping.
