I got through day 1 of the Full Body Cleanse and I have released 7lbs of water weight! That is amazing. I know it is just fluid but I will take it. I was on another plan prior to the FBC and I only lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks so I am very excited with these results after only 1 day! I love this weight loss inhaler! I cleanse and go on low calorie vegan diets periodically throughout the year and having this inhaler helps me get through the tough moments when I feel hungry.
