There are so many healthy choices to choose from that you will probably need to take this book with you to the grocery store as you search the isles for all of these nutritious products. It also provides the potential value of eat food and tells you what they are good for as well as their benefits. I've started my Full Body Cleanse program and so far so good. The herbs appear to be working as stated but I'm starving trying to eat all of this raw food as it's not as filling as say, some mash potatoes! Nevertheless, I feel that I'm getting healthier and starting to feel better. I just need to figure out how to eat more salads, fruits and veggies so that I don't feel hungry. My metabolism is still pretty high so this healthy food digest rather quickly and I'm constantly hungry after about 30 minutes to an hour after eating. *
