If you follow the Full Body Cleanse to the "T" you will get the best results. This is my third cleanse and each time I have loss over 10-20 pounds. Keeping focus through the cleanse is the hardest but is definitely possible. After the first few days you won't even urge meat. I look forward to making fresh smoothies everyday. My body feels amazing. I am doing the weight release cleanse right afterwards for even more results. *
