The blood & lymphatic supplement is working well for me. No matter what I took my energy levels would drop around 3pm. I started to use the Activated Charcoal for a change in removing waste and the Blood & Lymphatic as recommended. I feel great! My energy is not dropping and I'm starting to drink more water. I'm on day 7th of the Full Body Cleanse and I'm feeling great. I've lost 13 pounds already and I'm not even half way done. I do find it a little difficult to stay on the diet when I have to cook my family dinner and they eat whatever they want but I havent gave in yet and plan not to through the whole 20 days. So far I am very pleased with the results and happy to see the weight coming off but I'm not sure if it's water and waist weight or actual body fat. I dont want it to come back after the 20 days!
