I started the Full Body Cleanse on June 30. I am more aware, astute, and energetic than I have been in years. Not to mention I am more than 20 pounds lighter. I am a fan of this Full Body Cleanse. I did my best to "follow the rules", but fell short a few times. And even with my not-so-good days, I still did great! The instructions tell you not to beat yourself up if you have a moment of weakness, and to just get right back at it after you regain your senses! That's exactly what I did, and I still managed to lose 12 pounds. And people noticed my accomplishment! My bad habits were coffee that still needed creamer. I didn't use any type of sweetener, so that was my way of trying to follow the rules. And over the course of 3 weeks, I had three events that required me to eat real food and drink cocktails. And I didn't exercise. These things probably stopped me from losing the maximum amount of weight possible. But it was still worth it. It's now 3 months later, I plan on doing another detox in the next month. I was going to wait 6 months, but I have fallen back into some bad habits. So I'm going to do my next detox sooner than I had planned, just to regain control of my new healthier eating lifestyle. The hard part is the transition after the detox. Have a plan! *

The Full Body Cleanse has been the best benefit for my life. In order to reap the full benefit of the product you will need to follow the instruction. What I loved about this product was that not only did it give me energy but it also gave me a clean blood line. It has also affected, in a positive way, the way I breath. My scalp, nails, and gums are healthier than ever before. I liked the extra recommendations they give you. Like the exercises and the dry brushing. The dry brushing really worked for me, it made my skin feel wonderful. I feel a grate difference in my lungs, kidneys and cardiovascular system. I did the 10 Day Electric Greens Combo Regimen and it was amazing. I had a target weight of 15lbs to loose and I'm there. The first day was but the hardest day for me was the 3rd day. I was feeling sick and weak. However I talked to Lisa, one of the Dherbs representatives, she is phenomenal. She told me exactly what I needed to do. I woke up the next day with a burst of energy. I was introduced to the Full Body Cleanse by the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Shirley Strawberry would talk about it everyday. After reading the website and getting more info, I decided to try it for myself. Well I must say the first three days were the most difficult; then I adjusted to the program. I have to admit I did cheat twice but got back on track. In all I lost a total of 17lbs. with no exercise in 20 days. I told my husband about it and he wants us to do it together; so I'm placing another order.
