I purchased the Full Body Cleanse in January. I spoke to a friend of mine that is a body builder and told them what I was doing, they were skeptical and did not offer much support. I finished the product and could not believe how good I felt. I have asthma and my breathing improved at least 75%. The detox was amassing! I could not believe how much toxin I was holding in my body. I lost 16 pounds and could not believe how my skin tone improved. I waited 3 months and began the Weight Release Cleanse. I lost another 15 pounds. I love these products. Oh, by the way my friend the body builder is on the cleanse and loves it. *

The Cardiovascular works like a charm. I saw a difference in my breathing, pulse rate and heart activity within 4 days of using it. Lowered my bp as well. This can be a life saver. *

Before I did the Anti-V Cleanse, I did the Full Body Cleanse. I broke out once on the Full Body Cleanse. I had a breakout while on the Anti-V Cleanse as well, I was scared; however, after researching I learn that an outbreak is a form of a healing crisis. I know healing takes time. So all I can do is wait. Starting the Full Body Cleanse was hard; however, once I started the Anti-V Cleanse I felt like a pro. The Maintenance Package is amazing. It was great to be able to transition to this as a next step and maintenance. I completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse on April 8th and I feel amazing. I timed it just right I went for my 3 month check up on the 11th I lost 13lbs and being a diabetic with high blood pressure my ha1c went from a 10.8 to a 7.8 my bp was 130/80 which for me is AWESOME! I didn't take any meds during the cleanse (I don't advise anyone to do this I wanted to prove to my self I could control my diabetes and high blood pressure with diet and exercise). My Dr. gave me a high 5 when she read my results. I will be doing it again! *

When I first started to take the Bowel Motion, for the first 3 days I urinated A LOT! Then I started to experience gas, bloating and cramps. I did eliminate the first day of taking it but the first 2 weeks were very uncomfortable, my stomach always felt as if I just got off a roller coaster and I felt nauseated often. However, I did eliminate 2 or 3 times a day. Around week 3 I felt energized and the cramps, gas, bloating and nauseated feeling went away. I would recommend this product for those that have issues eliminating daily, but I would advise that you will experience some discomfort at first. Taking the Bowel Motion when I get home from work allows it to digest (some of the herbs in the formula take 8 to 12 hours to take effect), so when I awake I eliminate at home and not at the gym or work. *

The Full Body Cleanse does everything it says it will do. I lost 15lbs while on the cleanse and the first 13 came off in the first 11 days. I stayed between 13-14lbs lost for the last few days before finally reaching 15. I had massive acid reflux the first few days but I stayed with it and I don't have acid reflux or heart burn any more. It was not as hard as I thought, to eat a raw vegan diet but around the 8th day I was at an engagement party and gave into temptation and ate a cupcake. Now that the cleanse has ended I still struggle with my food choices but I notice my stomach is flatter, my skin is brighter and while I was on the cleanse I was just happier about everything. People are still telling me I look younger and look like I have lost weight even though I ended the cleanse a month ago. I am still fighting the battle against eating junk/processed food so I just ordered my 2nd Full Body Cleanse and the Full Body Cleanse Tea. I do not want junk food and being overweight to dictate my life like it has for my first 30 years of life. I am determined to beat this and I will be using Dherbs products to help with this feat.
