I always wanted to do a Full Body Cleanse so I decided to do one this year and when I heard Shirley Strawberry & Jr. talking about it on the radio especially people with high blood pressure so I said I'll give it a try. I tried to be a big girl and do the 20 day on my first try I all most said forget it I can't do this for 20 days eating like a vegan (lol), but I though about it that would have been a waste of money. So I continued with the cleanse and I really, really liked it. I felt cleansed, lighter, slept really well at night and also when I worked out it seemed as if I had so much more energy to where I normally work out for 1 hr I would find myself doing 2 and I wasn't tired the next day for work. I have done the Full Body Cleanse twice now, and have recommended it to several of my friends who have also done this cleanse several times now too and everyone loves it! This is my third time performing the Full Body Cleanse with amazing results each time, not only did I lose weight, but my energy increased. My skin looks healthier and my eating habits improved to just eating fish and turkey after the cleanse, before the first time performing the cleanse I ate all types of meat, my goal is to completely eliminate meats from my diet. I completed the Full Body Cleanse yesterday, I am so happy with the results. I decided to do the detox for the cleansing not for weight loss, however I must say I lost weight which I am not complaining at all. I feel better, I have more energy and no longer wake up tired. It takes a positive attitude and a lot of will power, but as the days progress the easier it becomes. The daily herbs help fill you up. I only ate fruits, nuts and raw vegetables. I chose to drink only distilled water. I think the hardest part for most will be consuming 30 pills a day and drinking a glass of activated charcoal, but I will say for me it was not bad at all. I did include some exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week for an hour. I had no problem with being around food, I even continued to prepare meals for my family. I must say I was always asking others if I could look at their cooked food, but never had the urge to taste it. I highly recommend this product. I plan to do this once a year! For those of you that have started good luck you can do it!!!! You will be happy you did. *

My sister and I did the Full Body Cleanse together and I loved the results. I was actually really proud of myself for sticking with it. I felt so much lighter and my energy increased, and I lost twelve pounds even though I really didn't work out that much during the 20 days. We're going to do the cleanse again next month and some other people want to join us this time. And this time, I hope to learn some more recipes to get a little more variety and when the cleanse is over, I need to do better about not going back to eating not-so-good stuff (I love to eat). The Full Body Cleanse works as it says it does. My first day was hard but, after I got all of my vegetables & fruit together, it made it easier. I would recommend this product! I'm ready to get started with the Weight Release Cleanse. *
