Last Tuesday I completed the 20-day Full Body Cleanse program. I heard about FBC while listening to the Warren Ballentine radio talk show and it took me several months to order the product because I was skeptical and thought that it was another “get your money” scheme with no positive results. I have to confess that I was wrong and am very pleased with the results. My second day on the program is when I began feeling some of the symptoms, such as red eyes, headache, and watery eyes. There are several others that are listed in the detoxification troubleshooter, which I don’t care to mention here. Not only have I lost weight (approx. 8 pounds), I rise early, stopped drinking coffee, think clearly, and have no problem falling asleep. Although I eat organic and natural foods and steam my vegetables, I continue to follow the FBC diet program of eating raw foods and drinking water. Also, I’ve included eating fish and organic chicken with my evening meal. This is a program that I would strongly recommend to family, friends, and strangers. Thank you very much DHerbs. *

This is a good and gentle bowel mover. After using over the counter remedies for many years, I can truly say that Bowel Motion has been by far the best. My entire family uses it. *

Well if I can add just another outstanding review to the millions posted, I must! I did the Full Body Cleanse just as an "experiment"! I have a friend who is on a herb regiment and who had been advising me on all types of herbs to take for my ailments. After months of hounding, I told her I would do the Full Body Cleanse. In addition to that, I was further persuaded to take it when I woke up one morning with a terrible pain on my back side! I was developing A BOIL on my butt cheek! How awful! No more needed to be said! I ordered the detox immediately and began taking the herbs as soon as they arrived. I am not even going to sugar coat anything... The first couple of days were rough. I was hungry all the time! And grew tired of eating "cold" food - I longed for a hot meal! But I kept at it and I noticed at about day 13 my clothes weren't fitting like they used to and I was thinking clearer, my face cleared up and my boil was gone!!!! LOL! I started to track my progress about 5 days into the detox. I began weighing myself, and measuring my waist, my breast and my hips. Can I tell you, after it was all said and done, I lost 12 pounds, 2 inches off my breast and 3 inches off my waist and hips!! I was thrilled. I lost an entire pants size and I had to go out and buy all new bras!!! But it wasn't necessarily the weight that I was thrilled at, it was the inches! Because weight fluctuates (I get that), the inches around those critical areas like your stomach is what counts the most!!! This product absolutely works! I have kept off the weight AND the inches. Everyone from my family to my coworkers have noticed the change. And they all want to know what I did! I have changed my life by changing my eating. I have continued not eat meat (but I do eat fish) after the detox and I have added more fruits and vegetables to my diet. I plan to detox twice a year now -in January and in June. If you are undecided about this product, don't be. It is a sacrifice and it is hard work. But it's well worth every hunger pang and well worth the cost! I thank you for this product!!!
