I researched several weight loss and Detox programs before deciding on the Full Body Cleanse. A co-worker tried the program and suggested it to me. I only lost 12 lbs, but I went down almost two clothing sizes! The weight loss is more prevalent in my face and waistline. I am on my 11th day of my Full Body Cleanse and feel great. I did not think I can pull it thru when I started but it is great. I don't have any problems or feel like I starve myself. I have all the energy and never feel like I am missing anything. I have learned to eat fruits and veggies that I did not eat as much. I have lost some weight and feel just wonderful.
