I think the Full Body Cleanse is a good cleanse. I will say it takes discipline to be completely raw for 20 days. I will also say 30 supplements a day can seem a bit much especially if you don’t like taking pills etc. I lost 21 lbs while on the cleanse that’s why I give it 4 stars. I just wasn’t a fan of taking 30 supplements a day. Other than that really good product. *

I started taking Female Hormonal mostly to help with hot flashes. My doctor says I’m in perimenopause. I had also started experiencing terrible cramps with my period and other PMS symptoms, along with very heavy bleeding. My first period—two weeks late—after finishing the first bottle came with no cramps at all and wasn’t heavy. I’m very impressed with this product. I would have given it five stars if it had also eliminated the hormonal migraines I get with every period. *
