I purchased the Full Body Cleanse thinking I would only make it to day 10. However, the product was not bad at all, so I made it to day 20. The results were fabulous. I used the Full Body Cleanse by Dherbs. It did everything it was supposed to and more. During my cleanse, I stretched out the capsules to 21 days and I lost a total of 11 pounds. Additionally, I have a history of very high cholesterol readings. After having my blood taken by two separate labs about 1 week apart, my vitamin/mineral levels were amazing. My energy is great and my cholesterol is now 201, which is just 2 points above the normal range (199). This cleanse has motivated me to change my eating habits, lifestyle, and honestly, I am not even interested in going back to eating anything other than fruits, vegetables, juices, smoothies, and nuts. Dherbs has changed my insides as well as my mindset. It was very simple to incorporate the capsules into my everyday life and the capsule carrier was a convenient way to ensure that I had the capsules with me throughout the day. I've used the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen a number of times, mostly to jump start my healthy eating habits. It works perfectly for me. The timing of taking the pills keeps me focused on what is ahead of me. It allows me to actually plan what I am doing next, not just my food intake but also my daily task.
