Absolutely works! You must follow the rules - no shortcuts. Lots of water, no processed food, no sugar, and exercise (but don't overdo it, or you'll feel lightheaded). I lost 30 lbs on the Full Body Cleanse and stuck with the dietary guidelines, losing some additional weight. Unfortunately, I've been a very naughty girl and have gained back some of the weight.
