The Full Body Cleanse is great. It did what it was supposed to do. I was mostly concerned about having to go to the bathroom frequently or hurriedly. This was not the case at all for me. On day 2, I probably had about 3 BMs, but I didn't have to be in a hurry to get to the bathroom. The next time I use the product, I will only do the 10-day cleanse. 20 days was just way too long for me. I only lasted 15 days, but I lost 13 pounds, and that was definitely worth it. *
