I’m currently 6 days into The Female Cleanse and I chose to use the juicing recipes from the Full Body Cleanse recipes. I’ve been primarily using the blood purifying juice and the fasting juice recipes… just WOW! I started my cycle 3 days in and just finished today… NO pain, no cramps, no mood swings, no heavy flow. This was the most easiest cycle I’ve had all my life! Not to mention I’m 11.2lb down so far! I have loved every cleanse I’ve tried and I’m a super fan of DHerbs because NOTHING has ever given me results like this! I’ve been recommending this cleanse to all of the females I know!
