Originally, I was skeptical about doing the Dherb Full Body Cleanse; even though, I had heard good things about it. I must say, after completing the cleanse and raw food diet, I feel 100% better. It's like my body has been rejuvenated. Although it was very difficult to do during the first week and I had difficulty taking 30 pills a day, but after that, my body and mind got used to not eating cooked foods. I lost 20 lbs, gained more energy, and don't feel like I'm carrying around extra fluid with the feeling of being weighted down. I really enjoyed taking the colon and digestive tract pills and the activated charcoal. The next morning, I feel that my digestive system received a cleansing. I'm not on any medications, and I tried this Full Body Cleanse so that I can keep it that way. I will definitely try it again. *

This is a long review, sorry lol. I was very impressed by this nervous system cleanse and it has helped me tremendously. I was having issues with insomnia and stress and tried everything to resolve it but nothing helped. I even had a prescription but I didn’t want to continue taking meds to sleep. My Dr. felt like the insomnia was due to the amount of stress I was under; in the last 6 months I’ve had a thyroidectomy due to Graves’ disease, orbital decompression surgery to repair damage done to my eyes due to thyroid eye disease, and just dealing with a lot of personal issues. I wanted to use something natural to help with my insomnia and from items purchased before, I knew that Dherbs products worked and were quite potent. I read up on the nerve cleanse and this time I searched every herb they had listed before I decided to buy. Not only was I dealing with insomnia and healing from my surgeries but my thyroid disease wrecked havoc on my body for the last 4 years of my life. I was dealing with depression, anxiety, IBS-C, became malnourished, I felt like I was off, like I wasn’t as sharp mentally and it was hard to learn or remember things. I wanted the cleanse for my insomnia but it helped me in other ways. With this cleanse, you take 30 pills a day of different formulas but I didn’t care I needed sleep. I didn’t completely eat raw but I ate better, eliminating a lot of mea, added sugars and processed foods. I made sure to drink a smoothie each day that includes a lot of healthy ingredients and currently still follow those same guidelines. I had an alarm set on my phone to ensure I took each pill timely. If anyone takes thyroid hormone, I was still able to take the formulas, I just made sure to take it at 5am daily so the pills wouldn’t interfere with the absorption of it. Once I began taking the pills, my body began to adapt to the cycle it started. I felt so energized in the mornings and noticed my eyes began to sparkle again and the dark circles round them began to fade. Around 3p, I began to settle down and became more chilled. That lead me to having deep restful nights sleep. I contribute this cycle to my body beginning to heal as it should from the surgeries. I felt like my body wasn’t healing because I couldn’t sleep. Since I stopped the cleanse, I haven’t had an issue with sleeping and believe I’ve been healed of my insomnia. I wanted to do the cleanse again because I thought my insomnia was really bad but so far, I don’t have any issues with falling asleep; I am programmed to wake up at 5am to take my thyroid medicine but then I can fall right back to sleep with no issues. I do notice I dream more and they seem so real now, not sure what it’s called when that happens but I know I wasn’t doing that prior. I really appreciate Dherbs and just ordered the blood cleanse and plan to continue to order what I need to get my body back to optimal condition. The products have given me a step in getting back to my old self. Thank u Dherbs. *
