I am 5'6 and my starting weight before the Full Body Cleanse was 252 lbs. 20 days later, I weighed 230 lbs. The pros: the cleanse made me feel energetic, I slept well at night, woke up feeling rested, and of course, the weight loss. The cons: I had to pee a lot, taking 5 pills every 2-3 hours 6 times a day. I didn't like drinking the activated charcoal every night. The cleanse made my underarms break out like a bad sunburn, but I read it was getting rid of impurities. Overall, the product helped cleanse my body. You have to stay committed to the program and drink lots of water. *

Thyroid Aid is a great product. I was diagnosed with having thyroid problems and I didn’t notice a difference from taking the medication prescribed to me. Great product did exactly what I expected it to do. Got me back on track with eating right being conscious of what I'm putting in my body and I could feel my body was a lot lighter and I didn't feel bloated. Love this book! I've had an inversion table for a couple of years now and wasn't aware of it's benefits. I'm grateful that it's mentioned in the Full Body Cleanse Companion ebook and that you guys highlighted some of the key benefits of inversion. I was also excited to see the mentioning of the clay baths. I had purchased some Aztec clay a while back as a facial mask and had never thought to use it the way you've outlined. This detox guide is very detailed in it's instructions and there are lots of other things outlined that can be done to enhance the overall cleansing experience. Love it Dherbs! *

This is one of the best cleanses I've ever tried. I'm only on Day 3 and I feel amazing. The day before I started the Full Body Cleanse my sinuses were bothering me tremendously. My throat was sore, I woke up with one of my nostrils completely stopped up and I just felt really under the weather. My fiancée suggested that I take something, but since I was determined to start the cleanse the following day, I decided to just stick it out. Well, today is my 3rd day cleansing along with the all raw diet and I feel wonderful. No more sore throat or stuffiness and my energy level is better than it's been in a while. I just started using this cholesterol supplement. However, I do see it makes me have bowel movements to flush out the cholesterol out my body. *
