I am in love with this system, it has indeed transformed my lifestyle. Not only have I lost pounds, I feel renovated. I love the food I am eating now, lots of vegetables and fruits. I purchased 2 bottles of the weight release supplement for a family member but when they didn’t take them I asked if I could have them. I took both bottles while doing limited exercise (walking 20 to 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week). I noticed that I was eating smaller portions. My appetite was definitely smaller and I didn’t have my usual sugar cravings. Typically I can chew 15 pieces of gum for the sugar but while I was taking this I tried a piece of gum and it tasted so insanely sweet I had to spit it out. I lost about 12lbs which I have managed to keep off during the lockdown but since I still need to lose 15lbs I will order more and try to increase my workout activity. *

I heard & read so many great reviews that I had to try both cleanses. I tried the Full Body Cleanse first (as instructed) which was an amazing choice. I lost a total of 25lbs - my start weight was 185lbs. I really enjoyed eating all raw foods and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. When I had a sweet tooth, I ate a juicy pear or a delicious smoothie that consisted of mangos and pineapples. Ladies you can do it! Just watch out for store bought salad dressing and vegan meats bc they contain a lot of soy. I also have an 8cm fibroid in my uterus that had grown to the size of an olive over the past 2yrs. Few months ago, while on my period I started facing the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I've given birth to 4 kids and I have to say that this pain was worst. I couldn't move, my body was stuck in a knot and I was rocking back and forth trying to calm myself. While doing the Full Body Cleanse and taking the uterus tea, the next time my period came I only had 1 day of soreness and no pain. I was like "thank you Jesus." The following month I started the uterus cleanse and when my period came I didn’t feel anything! My period started and I am pain free! I am now about to order another uterus cleanse. I want this fibroid out of me but I don’t want surgery. I can feel it when the kids lay on my stomach and when I have sex, some positions are painful - because of the size of the fibroid. The great thing about the weight release cleanse is that it gives you 20 days to develop a new eating pattern. The cleansing is gentle and effective. I felt the difference in my body in 2 days and the dark lines that were developing under my eyes were gone after about 10 days. I started the program to cleanse and the great side effect was the loss of 18 pounds. I'm now on the tenth day of my second Weight Release regimen. I weigh once a week but as of last week in total I've lost 25 pounds. The Weight Release program is named perfectly. You are nourishing your body with healthy foods and the program hits on something I have not seen anyone else do. It puts emphasis on relaxing and not accepting stress. This is so important because stress eating put weight on me. The bath oil that comes with the kit is incredibly relaxing!!! I could write a book on this experience. I don't feel deprived, I smell food that smells wonderful sometimes but I am not going backwards. If your goal is to be healthy, energetic and strong this is for you. The herbs do their job and I have not had any side effects. Lastly, the staff is great. I emailed the nutritionist before I started the second Weight Release to see if that was safe. She said it was and the programs could safely be done 4 consecutive times. I also purchased the protein powder which comes in handy if I miss a meal. It tides me over until I can eat. The product packages are not expensive if you compare the cost of coffee and eating out. You actually save money. If you do these programs don't think about weight. Just stick to it, go about your business and after about 5 days get on the scale. You'll be surprised. *
