Bowel Motion was great for a person having issue with having a daily bowel movement. After the use of this product it does not have any cramping effects, but will give you a smooth move of your bowels when the time comes to release your colon. *

It was a different experience. I followed the plan as it stated and ate raw fruits, veggies and nuts.
