So I actually bought the 10 day cleanse for my boyfriend. I had done the 20 day cleanse when we first started dating now 2014 and recommended that he at least try the 10 day cleanse. But when I explained what he needed to do he was not going for it. Fast forward to earlier this year 2017, he was expected to run the New York Marathon in November and he knew he had to get serious.
