On June 11th I started the Full Body Cleanse and I weighed in at 195.6. I have 3 more days left and I now weigh 183.4. I shared my pills with my sister, therefore I was not taking the recommended amount. I did not exercise either. I know I would have seen better weight loss results if I'd followed the plan. So far my sister has lost 8 lbs. We still have pills left so we are going to continue the plan for an additional week. I had to order more of the lymphatic and colon pills to ensure we had enough of all the pills for another week. I feel like a new person. I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and acute bronchitis but I haven't had any issues since I started the cleanse. I heard about the Full Body Cleanse on the Steve Harvey Show. I must admit I was very skeptical because I've tried so many other products on the market. So I decide to give it one more try by taking the 21 day Full Body Cleanse challenge. I was more then pleased with the end results, I lost 19 pounds but more importantly I felt absolutely great, I had more energy, my attitude took on a more positive roll instead a negative one.
