I am only half way thru the Full Body Cleanse and I already feel great!!!! I haven't had this much energy(without caffeine) in years!!! I LOVED the FULL BODY CLEANSE!!! I did not lose as much as I thought I would from other's comments, but I lost apx 17 pounds, and I am very satisfied with that. It was a lot to get used to in the beginning because there were so many big pills to take. But after about a week, I was swallowing 2 at a time with no problem. The carbon was also something to get used to, but that also became easy to drink. I felt energetic during the cleanse, and I noticed that acne breakouts (even at my age of 50) came to a halt. I also found many DELICIOUS recipes that I never thought that I would like. I knew that I couldn't eat only salads everyday ... and I did not disappoint myself. I must say that a total vegan diet is not as difficult as it seems. You just have to be willing to experiment. I did a lot of research and used the DHerbs site for recipes and even had my husband eating some of the things that I made. I am definitely going to do it again very soon. *
