Absolutely a great product. Would highly recommend. It was a little challenging by the fourth day to stay away from my favorite food "chicken" but I survived and was extremely pleased with the results of being 12 pounds lighter. When i got to the tenth day I could have gone another 10 days so I will definitely do the 20 day cleanse in three months. I have definitely discovered a healthier way of eating.
