I did the Full Body Cleanse last year and my body felt so much better! It took a little while to get used to taking so many pills/herbs, but the packaging and the pill boxes they send with the kit makes it easy to keep up with. I really can feel the difference in my body and in my attitude. My mind seems clearer and sharper even and I love it. I plan to try the weight release cleanse next because I didn't lose any weight to speak of although I looked smaller. What weight I may have lost came right back. I am hoping the weight release will work as well. Either way I know if is healthy for me. I strongly recommend this product. I think the Full Body Cleanse is great, I like the idea of cleaning the entire body versus products just cleansing the colon. I will definitely continue to use the product. *

If you follow the instruction and exercise, the Full Body Cleanse can and will be very successful (I lost 25Ibs). I have a lot more energy and a strong desire to stay healthy. I recommend this to everyone that ask how I lost the weight. Though a little expensive, it was well worth it. *
