These products are by far the best I have ever tried! I ordered the Full Body Cleanse along with the downloadable detox ebook 4 suggested Raw recipes. Taking 5 pills at a time and 6 times per day was a bit much in the beginning. After about the 4th day of following the direction to the best of my ability, it became much easier to follow. I was referred buy a close friend of mine to try the Full Body Cleanse. Upon his completion of the Full Body Cleanse, I saw the final product of which the Full Body Cleanse is capable of. My friend was always one to go to the gym, work out hard, stick to a strict diet, and watch labels for everything he put into his body. I did not believe that there could be any better of an outcome then what I already saw before me. Boy was I wrong! My friend managed to become more lean end fit, I realized he had more energy, sleeping better, was feeling better, and stop complaining of aches and pains. Once I saw all of these positive changes within himself, I knew I had to try this. I am still young and unfortunately have endured a great amount of complications with my personal health. This liver cleanse is incredible my skin is brighter and I have more energy, I will definitely reorder this product. I actually enjoyed taking it because I know that when your over 50 it's way over due for a liver cleanse. Now that I have had such a great experience I recommended it to a co-worker. Great product, no discomfort, had bowel movement regularly, had more energy. I will purchase Bowel Motion again. The pills are easy to swallow. I would recommend this product to everyone that has issues with peristalsis or irregularity issues. This product is worth the money. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse last year and my body felt so much better! It took a little while to get used to taking so many pills/herbs, but the packaging and the pill boxes they send with the kit makes it easy to keep up with. I really can feel the difference in my body and in my attitude. My mind seems clearer and sharper even and I love it. I plan to try the weight release cleanse next because I didn't lose any weight to speak of although I looked smaller. What weight I may have lost came right back. I am hoping the weight release will work as well. Either way I know if is healthy for me. I strongly recommend this product. They have worked out the formulas and make it easy to follow and keep up. *
