The Full Body Cleanse is the best product to jump start your weight loss. I love the way it makes you feel. My waste went from a size 36 to 34. I also lost 15 pounds. Since doing the cleanse I don't carve sugar anymore. I try to drink soda just to see what it taste like now and I don't like it anymore. I use to love candy and I don't have a taste for it anymore.
