I'm writing this as my 20th day is tomorrow. I have loved how The 20 Day Full Body Cleanse and food regime have reset my body. I was eating too much sugar and it kept me up at night. About 5 days after I started the cleanse, I have been sleeping through the night. I needed a nap the 1st couple of days but have had more energy since then. I have also been more clear minded for work. I love that this has helped me to create an habit of healthy eating the most. I have lost about 20 lbs.
