I just ended the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and it did me good, feel much better and healthier. Lost 10 kg and have less appetite. Learned a lot about good food and staying away form processed food. Very good for your body and mind. At first you will have to do some research about the good you can eat but gladly they have lots of recipes on the web to prepare. Good thing to do is make every day something else otherwise you will get tired of the same good, I enjoyed buying fresh food at the market. *

Taking the pills was hard.. but the results were amazing, I lost over 25 pounds of stubborn weight and it has stayed off! I love the Full Body Cleanse and I highly recommend it!
