I’ve tried many different cleanses & the Full Body Cleanse is by far my fave! I can tell it’s actually working by my energy levels, glowing skin & flatter tummy. It is a bit of a challenge Adjusting to the dietary restrictions but the benefits definitely outweigh the sacrifices. I also like that this cleanse is gentle and doesn’t interfere with my everyday life. I loved this program. It wasn't as hard as I thought. Before the Full Body Cleanse I was eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. I would have chicken on my salads when I purchased a salad from a restaurant. I would eat fish from a restaurant maybe once a month. The Full Body Cleanse worked really good! I lost 23 pounds. I followed the recommendations in the guide book such as colonics, sauna use and exercising. The activated charcoal can get a little messy but other than that there was no complaints at all. I plan on doing this program again. It is a great start to jump into a lifestyle change. *

My first two days were there worst. I had a headache all day. By day 3 I was feeling better. I'm not sure what day I started feeling more energy. It just happened. I didn't take any reflux meds during the cleanse and found I didn't need them. Day 20 I was anxious to eat something cooked but not ridiculous. The Full Body Cleanse has changed my outlook on foods.
