This Full Body Cleanse has not only helped me lose weight, but it kept me going to the bathroom regularly. I felt light and energetic. The booklet that comes with it explained everything and about what to avoid/what to eat. It provides a lot of detail on each supplement as well and what it does to the body. It also motivated me to continue the diet even after I finished the pills. It really does work and I have tried many other cleanses. Highly recommend !! *

Great cleanse, as advertised on the Steve Harvey Morning Show. I lost 10 lbs. easily in 20 days; even after I altered on some days by having a fish or chicken dinner meals. The Full Body Cleanse took some getting use to. I have lost 28 lbs since May. My energy level is up; I can walk up stairs without having to stop and breath; knees do not hurt; I feel great. I highly recommend this product to anyone on multiple medications due to weight gain. Also, my portions of food when eating has drastically been reduced. Again, GREAT CLEANSE!!!!! *
