I did the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse for the first time this past August and I was very satisfied with this product! I am already a plant-based eater who incorporates a raw eating diet from time to time. While I did the cleanse, I stuck with eating raw and juicing around the clock and taking these herbs. Setting alarms/notifications on my phone helped me stay on schedule with my water and herbal supplement intake. As a result, I had increased energy and clarity that lasted all day and night. I was energized to the point of cleaning my whole house. I am AMAZED at the results from the Full Body Cleanse and I could not wait to share!
