I'm a very health conscious person, but began to feel bloated and not up to my normal energy level. My sister told me about Dherbs, and we decided to do the 20 day Full Body Cleanse together. I made fresh green drinks or smoothies in the mornings, and we would share a scrumptious salad later in the day. We sometimes had raw cashews or walnuts and drank a gallon or more of water each day.
