Wow! I just completed my 20 day D-Herbs Full Body Cleanse. The process was not as hard as I thought it would be. After about the first three days my body had stop craving for other foods. I followed the process to the letter, taking the capsules pretty much on time. l ran a little late but always completed each day. I realized that healthy snacks such as the raw nuts and fresh fruit really was all I needed. I lost a total of 18 pounds though weight lost was not the reason I began this process it was for health reason along with bloating. During this process I was energized every morning waking up feeling alert and ready to go. I also found that I didn't missed coffee, usually drinking around 3-4 cups per day. I am totally impressed with this product as well as all of my family,friends, and co-workers. Today is my 21st day and I continued with breakfast *

I started the Full Body Cleanse on March 13th through April 1st. The 3rd day into the cleanse was the hardest for me. I was hungry and couldn't get full. I implemented more fruit, vegetables, & nuts until I was full. It was somewhat challenging to a certain extent. When I thought about being hungry, I would go back and read the diet regimen that was sent with my formula's that guided me along throughout my cleanse. To this day, I still read it. When I got to the 10th day of my cleanse, I felt great because I was at the halfway mark. I weighed myself because I felt my stomach shrinking. I lost 5lb. I was excited and it gave me motivation to push myself even more. When I got to my 20th day of the cleanse, I was happy and proud. I weighed myself and lost 16lbs total. Along with cleansing, I exercised 30 minutes a day. I'm still following the schedule as to how I would take the formula's, along with adding meatless products, not a lot, just at lunch time, which I've now made my biggest meal of the day. My short term goal was to complete the Full Body Cleanse in 20 days and my long term goal is to continue with a lifestyle change and eat healthy. Thanks Dherbs for all your help. The 20 day cleanse is the "truth"! During the Full Body Cleanse I lost 5lb primarily in the belly area, it felt as if I performed ab exercises but it was simply the movement of the waste evacuating my system. So if you want to loose that bulge, do the cleanse. My taste-buds became very sensitive, in terms of taste, following the cleanse a particular strawberry shortcake I would normally not be able to refuse became something I could actually refuse. The cake became too sweet to tolerate due to the changes in my taste-buds. So if there is something that you want to avoid following the cleanse because you know it's no good for you, do the cleanse. My skin glowed more than it normally does, and my waste were at an ease. *

I found the Full Body Cleanse to be amazing. I had so much energy. My hair and nails improved and a lost a significant amount of weight. I would definitely recommend this product to others as an incentive to kick start a new healthy lifestyle. *

The Full Body Cleanse is the best cleanse ever!! It really works. I lost a lot of weight but most of all I felt great afterwards, I recommend this product to all. I love it!! I do the cleanse three to four times a year faithfully. I have tried to fine other cleanses but none were all natural and none were for the full body. It is a very easy plan to follow which makes positive results inevitable. *

The 20 day Full Body Cleanse is truly amazing! One would need to exercise WILL POWER in order to FULLY benefit from this cleanse. By the end of the 2nd day into the 3rd day of this cleanse I literally started to day dream of eating jerked chicken. I had a serious struggle sticking to whole raw foods and totally eliminating meats because I had to cook it for the remainder of the household. My 1st bowel movement wasn't until the 3rd day (serious constipation). I had crippling gas movements in my lower abdomen and then had to go in about every 5 minutes (this kept happening to me, but I felt much better after each). I released 12 lbs in 8 days (felt so good). I don't know what happened but by day 9 I succumbed to all my cravings and indulged (I had a sleepless night that night). I am continuing and will do another 20 days but will incorporate the sugar formula to see if that will help my sweet tooth. My husband and children will have to eat like me too otherwise they're gonna have to fend for themselves because I don't want to mess up again (lol). I also had a sore throat for about 7 days. I still have a cough and am expectorating a lot of old phlegm. I have been suffering a mucus issue for over 20 yrs now and I figure the 'lung and respiratory' formula is helping me eliminate this. No need to second guess this formula! Give it a try and you will see and feel the difference. Don't beat yourself up if you cheat because you will still see results. I am nearing the finish line of my 20 day Full Body Cleanse. This is my first Dherbs cleanse and it surely won’t be my last. I first heard about Dherbs from watching the Steve Harvey show and subsequently again on The Real show. I guess the universe had been throwing me hints here and there to research what this cleanse is all about. Well, I did just that….Googled, YouTube, company website, etc. I am so glad I did and it brings me to write a few observations about the cleanse. I had started to spiral down with unhealthy eating habits and needed to hit the reset button on my health! I have done other cleanses before (Standard Process 21 day cleanse, Renew Life, Dr. Oz cleanses, etc). This cleanse was very easy to follow as the pamphlet is self-explanatory (not to mention Dherbs CSRs are always there to answer any questions). I was leery about drinking distilled or alkaline water as I wasn’t sure if it was going to taste any different than my regular Spring water. Well, it was better! The first few days were the toughest as I experienced some headaches and a few bowel movements throughout the day. I’m sure the headaches were a direct result of the elimination of sugar and coffee toxins in my body. The BMs subsided and the headaches disappeared. I was also leery about this activated charcoal that I had to add to water at night. It does not look pretty, but it does not alter the taste of water. My friends at gym have commented on my slimmer figure and my skin is glowing. I feel more centered, focused and connected so I can perform better at the gym and am better at handling life’s curve balls --- and there will always be curve balls. Thank you Dherbs for this great easy to follow cleanse. I plan on ordering the Maintenance Package so I can stay on track!! Do yourself a favor; get on the “Dherbs Wagon”.
