After hearing about the Full Body Cleanse on the Karen Hunter show and her encouraging and inspiring results I ordered the FULL BODY CLEANSE. Although the first week was very tough going all raw vegetables, fruits almonds, walnuts etcetera and natural juices my body adjusted well and although it was tough I stuck it out and in the end I felt better than I had felt in years. In the past I felt sorry for vegetarians but after doing the Full Body Cleanse I found out that you get all the energy from vegetables, fruits etcetera that you need to function just fine. I'll definitely be cutting back on my meat intake in the future. The FULL BODY CLEANSE is something that I will definitely do on an annual basis. I lost about 7 pounds and I had fasted in past but never for more than 3 days (normally all juice and vegetables).
