This is the second time I have done the Full Body Cleanse. The first 3 days were the most challenging however after that it was not bad at all. I would definitely recommend to cleanse other people. Didn't have any kind of withdrawals or side effects. I didn't get sick or anything like that. The first time I did the cleanse I dropped about 10 lb and the second time I did it I dropped about 8 lb. I ordered the Full Body Cleanse a couple years back before taking a trip. My husband and I did it together. Although I was a little jealous that it worked better for him, I was still satisfied with my results. I lost 22 lb at the end of my cleanse and he lost 28.5. It was hard in the beginning getting used to not eating whatever I wanted but well worth the trouble in the end.
