Full Body Cleanse is worth the money hands down. This is more than a "detox". This cleanse gives a whole new outlook on better eating, clean eating. I thought I was insane for tempting to go without meat for 20 days. I'm on my 15th day and couldn't be more happier with my choice. After this is over I don't think I'll revert back to my old habits of excessive sweets and fried fast food. While on the FBC my cravings were controlled, my hungry was controlled, even my blood pressure was even controlled. I highly recommend this cleanse. For any 1st time users or possible users of this cleanse....relax it's very gentle. U aren't having constant bowel movements all day. 1 maybe 2 at the most. PLEASE DRINK lots of water. I've started my Full Body Cleanse program and so far so good. The herbs appear to be working as stated but I'm starving trying to eat all of this raw food as it's not as filling as say, some mash potatoes! Nevertheless, I feel that I'm getting healthier and starting to feel better. I just need to figure out how to eat more salads, fruits and veggies so that I don't feel hungry. My metabolism is still pretty high so this healthy food digest rather quickly and I'm constantly hungry after about 30 minutes to an hour after eating. *

Anytime I get weak and want to eat the junk I ate to become overweight, I revert back to your "Dherbs articles" to remind me of where I came from. I'm about 15 days into my Full Body Cleanse and have lost 10 pounds and feel great. My biggest problem is snacking - carbs (crunchy / salty) and sweets. This really does help curb the cravings for both of those and instead crave the taste of fresh raw fruit and vegetables. *

Excellent cleans. I didn't have any problems with taking it. I have type 2 diabetes and it helped to lower my A1C, I am going to do it again next month. Last year after giving birth to my daughter I was able to use this product and the Full Body Cleanse really helped with reducing my weight. At first it was very hard taking so many pills and eating healthy. But once you get used to it and actively taking the pills it becomes easier. Due to life busy plans I have gain weight and plans on using this gain to get me back on track. *

This product is wonderful. My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse detox together. I lost 17 pounds and he lost 11. I was able to breathe better, My blood pressure was normal and I just felt great! I am going to do the detox again and will try to do this at least 3 times a year. This time I plan to walk more and exercise so I can get back to my ideal weight of 125.
