Hi everyone! I was suffering from very bad allergies that no medicine could give me relief. A co-worker asked me to try Dherbs. I was a little skeptical but was ready to try anything because I was suffering so much. Good afternoon everyone, I used this product and was amazed by the results and have been raving about it ever since. I wanted to lose weight and naturally stabilize my blood pressure. I had been under doctor’s care for elevated blood pressure. I just want to take the time to personally thank the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse for the wonderful job it did cleansing my body & at the same time losing weight too. For 20 days, on day 1 I weighed in at 254 lbs. & at day 20 which was my last day of cleansing I then weighed in at 230 lbs. So that means I lost 24 lbs. I'm on day 11 of the Full Body Cleanse. After the first week I lost 25 pounds. The first day was easy. The second and third days were hard. I had a headache the second all and the third day I was just wiped out. On day four I spoke with a DHerbs counselor who advised me to drop the herb capsules from 5 to 2. I did that and on day 9 I raised it to 3. I was feeling hungry and my counselor advised me to add a cup of brown rice to a meal. I added it to my lunch salad for 4 days. That really helped. I also eat nuts and seeds to help my hunger pangs. On day 10 I had a strong desire for salt and ran across Simple Truth Roasted Seaweed Snack. It helped with the salt craving. I have more energy and sleep more soundly. I no longer wake up feeling sluggish. I finally was able to work without getting sleepy. The cleanse works if you follow the instructions. Also eat from the food combining chart provided. I have done some of the suggested detox activities such as dry brushing, hydrotherapy showers and a sea salt bath. I will be doing the suggested Facial Skin Kit and coffee enemas too. I look forward to seeing the end result on day 20. I will post my final outcome at that time. This the second Full Body Cleanse that I have done using the Dherbs product. I have had excellent results. My skin is radiant and I feel fantastic. I was scared at first to try the Full Body Cleanse but here I am a week left to go and I feel better. This cleanse has encouraged me to change my life. I eat and drink healthier. I plan to start the Anti-V Cleanse as soon as I am done with this cleanse. Hope I get the healing I have been believing in. :) I will post again after I do testing and finish the Anti-V Cleanse.
