When I purchased the Full Body Cleanse in January I was optimistic and pessimistic at the same time as I had never had to make changes to my eating habits or had weight problems before I reached the age of 45. D-Herbs made a believer out of me in seeing is believing that a lifestyle change and healthy eating habits not only made a difference in the way I looked but in the way that I felt. In 20 days I lost 17 pounds and in 2 months I lost a total of 25 pounds. That had me at my ideal weight and clothing size. Unfortunately life continued and stressful situations came up and I resorted to those unhealthy eating habits and found comfort in all the wrong types of edibles; sugars, carbs, and anything else that could take me back up 25 pounds plus. It's been a little over a year since I did the first cleanse and I'm going for round 2 with a supportive team going in with me. I love the Full Body Cleanse! I will admit, I was quite skeptical on wondering if I would be able to do this for 20 days. I took it day by day. By the time I had gotten to day 3, I noticed I was feeling a little more energetic. After the first week, I could definitely tell a difference. I had more energy at work, felt more clearheaded and was losing weight! I lost a total of 17.5 pounds. I only exercised 3 times during that time. My friends and co-workers said my skin looked brighter and they definitely could see the weight loss. I'm going to do another round of it. I ant to drop those last stubborn 15 pounds. The weight loss was definitely a plus, but I also liked knowing I was cleaning my body of all the toxins we put in daily! I enjoyed eating the healthy foods. I tried to mix things up a bit and tried different combinations of vegetables in a salad. I had nothing but an awesomely positive experience with Dherbs! I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel and look better! *

The Full Body Cleanse is a great product!! I will admit, I was a little hesitant at first. I just could not imagine taking all of those pills in one day. I did it!! I did not think that I was going to make it the first three days. I did it!! By day seven it was smooth sailing. I had put together food options that allowed me to snack on healthy raw foods such as different nuts that I really enjoy. I thought when I got to day 20th that I would be looking forward to eating everything in site on day 21! Not the case!! I have continued my new eating habits and I really feel good. On day 21 I had a doctor's appointment and I had a blood pressure of 116 over 76! that is a great pressure for me! I am looking forward to the rest of my lab results from my physical!! I contacted DHerbs and spoke with Brenda and she confirmed that I could do the 20 day cleanse again. Oh!!! did I tell you that I lost 121bs! That is without exercise! I began the Full Body Cleanse and was very reluctant due to being on several different diet/detox programs in the past that didn't stand up to there reputations; not to mention the number of pills taken daily was intimidating as well. I made up in my mind that this is what I was going to do and I stuck with it for the full 20 days. My first week I was amazingly surprised to have lost 10 pounds in 7 days; I was convinced! I incorporated cardio of 1 hour a day and impressing I begin to feel lighter and dealing with insomnia for the past five years, I slept like a baby! This detox taught me will power and allowed me to acknowledge that I can do whatever my mind is put to do! I can honestly share that at the end of my 20 days I have lost 17 pounds and am down 1 dress size! I am now moving on to the Weight Release Cleanse! *

The Full Body Cleanse is an excellent product! I was not certain if I would be able to complete the cleanse, but I wanted to give it a try. I prepared myself ahead of time by incorporating more fresh fruits and veggies in my diet and less meat. In fact, I only ate grilled chicken or certain kinds of fish. I also began drinking more water than I normally would, also in preparation, then I began the cleanse. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I lost around 16 pounds and I had so much energy. Typically, I would struggle to get up at 6:30 am. However, while on the cleanse (and beyond), I woke up around 4am, feeling great, and with no thoughts of getting more sleep. Just in that little time, I have received wonderful comments on my weight loss and my skin. I will definitely re-order this product. *

It's time for Spring cleaning! Last Fall I detoxed for 20 days with the Full Body Cleanse and followed with the Maintenance program! Kept weight off, cholesterol levels and blood pressure down! *

Hubs & I JUST finished Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. He lost 16lbs, I lost 12lbs, WITHOUT any exercise. The Full Body Cleanse is AMAZING & REALLY helps anyone get back on track. I feel PHENOMENAL. MY FAVORITE part was drinking (& eating) the Activated Charcoal... YUMMY! We STAYED FULL & well-balanced. We'll repeat in a few. It's also been real difficult going back to some of the crap we USE to eat. Raw is REAL Life-Saving! #BackOnTrack *
