I started the Full Body Cleanse on January 1st since this was the first time I had ever detox I was not sure what to expect. This product is great I lost 10 pounds and feel so good. I have high blood pressure and stop taking my medicine when I started the detox I would check my pressure twice a week my pressure was always normal which was never the case before starting the detox. The Full Body Cleanse is a great product. During my 21 day diet detox, my appetite was curved and I only ate breakfast and a small salad at night. I also noticed that I became regular after 2 days of taking this product going 3 to 4 times daily and gained an incredible amount of energy. I have Fibroids and my monthly cycle has gone from 5 to 6 days heavy with cramps to 3 days with mild cramps and not being heavy in the last two months. I will be starting the Fibroids Buster Cleanse and Regimen shortly and I will update that product once I have completed the product. The Full Body Cleanse was a very tough program for me, I consider myself a pretty healthy eater, but I do eat chicken breast, ground turkey breast, and ground turkey, I really got tired of the salad, but my results were well worth the sacrifice. I am down 18 pounds now and I really feel great! *
