I have approximately one week left on my 21 day Full Body Cleanse detox program and I am amazed at the results so far. I detoxed twice yearly over the past 3-4 years and have always eaten a fairly healthy diet. However, this program combined with the raw diet and exercise has been the best I've ever used. My energy level skyrocketed. I can think clearly and focus better. I can honestly say I have had the BEST sleep of my life, since childhood. Remember what that was like? I did the Full Body Cleanse and it was very difficult by week two to stay on track eating just veggies and fruit. I made it! and now I incorporate those eating habits into my every day diet and I have given up eating chicken along with beef and pork now. This product really works.
