I heard about the Full Body Cleanse from a friend and I must say it's absolutely awesome! It was my first time ever doing a detox and by the time I completed the 3 week program I felt fantastic. I highly recommend it! *

This full body Detox was awesome. I felt really good and energetic. I found different raw fruits and vegetables recipes online in which ended my monotony of just salads. Because I was not consuming any meat I did not think I would have the energy to exercise, but I was more energetic and was in the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I went from 155 to 135 in the three week time span. People told me it was water weight but 5 months later the weight was still gone. I slept better than I ever had. Every morning my body would automatically wake me up at 5:00am. If try the Full Body Cleanse once it will become a necessity to your fitness well being. *

The Full Body Cleanse improved my skin clarity and color (it glows again). Before the detox I would have shortness of breath climbing my stairs, now that is all gone. I feel more energetic.
