I've completed the first 7 days of the Full Body Cleanse. It is a super easy system to follow simply by setting timers on your phone to remind you when to take each supplement. Eating fruit, nuts and raw vegetables all day is not difficult either. I have not had the need to stay close to the bathroom or had bloating, gas, etc. Basically, I haven't had any of the negative symptoms others have had. I have a stabilized weight so I haven't lost much. However, we'll see if there is an increase of weight release after a lymphatic massage tomorrow to help with the cleansing process. *

I am pleased that I did lose a few pounds. However, I was disappointed to find that one of the capsules in the Lung and Respiratory bottle was empty. When I called customer service, the representative stated that it shouldn't affect anything. Although the rep offered to send me one pill to replace the empty capsule, it would be pointless because I am on day 18 of the Full Body Cleanse. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse is a go-to product as a first choice when it comes to cleansing! I’ve noticed a difference in how I look and feel. I don’t feel sluggish or tired throughout the day, I have a little more energy to do things, my skin is clearer, and overall just feel better. I gave it four stars only because it makes you go to the bathroom A LOT. It was challenging for me because I travel plenty, so I had to keep using the bathroom, but of course I cannot complain because that’s just a part of the detox process! Aslo, the raw-foods diet made it a little more challeging, but I love how I don’t get those cravings, and don’t have a habit of eating when I’m not hungry anymore. I’m currently trying the weight release one at the moment, so we’ll see how that goes. One thing for sure, I will be using this product again in the near future. *

The Full Body Cleanse really helped with everyday body functioning. I used to have problems sleeping through the night, but with following the regimen I slept extremely well and woke up energized and focused. Although it was challenging to only eat raw fruits and vegetables, the recipes they offer on the website also substituted a lot of cravings I had at first. Overall, I'd recommend any and everybody to try this product out. *

This is my third time using Dherbs and doing the Full Body Cleanse. However, I am disappointed because the second time I was missing some pills. Other than this problem, I love Dherbs. *

I was down 10lbs only after completing the Full Body Cleanse. I was a little disappointed but to be honest I didn't exercise while doing it. I focus solely on how I ate which made me realized just how much I was overeating and how much junk I was consuming on a daily basis. Eating raw was certainly a challenge and I messed up a few times. Will definitely try it out again the right way. *
