My first week of the Full Body Cleanse I lost 5 lbs. I felt better and do sleep better, but I didn't have more energy. I didn't feel as sluggish throughout the day like i did before starting the cleanse. It's a lot of supplements to take in one day, but it's worth it. I downloaded an app to help me remember to take the supplements throughout the day while I'm at work. It would be helpful if Dherbs had an app with reminders, recipes, daily journal, and support groups to join in your local areas. This time around (my second time using the Full Body Cleanse) I'm going to take advantage of the recipes offered on the website. I think if I add more variety to the clean food meals I eat,the better this cleanse will go for me. I struggle with time, so planning my meals is a challenge. I'm hoping the more I get into Dherbs website the more I'll find food options I'm interested in trying. *

Great product. Good system. The Full Body Cleanse worked for me. I wanted to lose about ten pounds. I lost nine pounds. It took a couple of days to get used to the system; but after that, it was fine. There are plenty of meal options, but I don't like to plan meals. So I found a couple of meals within the plan that I liked that provided the nutrition I wanted and basically stuck with those. The only reason I gave the system four stars instead of five is because there are a lot of pills. I can understand why, but still, it took me a few days to get accustomed. Otherwise, I like it and will probably do it again in the fall. *

The Full Body Cleanse helped me lose 10 lbs!!! I have been trying for a long time to accomplish this. There are a lot of pills but making the sacrifice to go raw and take the pills is worth it. I'm on the 20-day Full Body Cleanse with about 3 days to go and the Hair/Skin capsules and tea. I've lost 10lbs and have had a bald spot on my crown for over a year. I'm noticing that it now has new short hair. I'm on the brink of tears. It's been hard at 60+ the hair would grow and then break off. This has encouraged me. I'm reordering, but the weight release this time! *

I felt great after the first few days. Lots of energy. Regular bowel movements. Only downfall is the money I have to spend on raw foods. But I’m ordering for a 4th time. I love the Full Body Cleanse because I can pretty much eat when or however much I want instead of starving myself. *

Very good product, recommend to anyone looking for a tool to recover from regular lifestyle and working towards a healthier one. Did the 20 day fast in segments to fit my lifestyle, I did 10 took 4 days off and started back up and I feel great after the product. I even have my parents ready to start the Full Body Cleanse. *

I've done the Full Body Cleanse twice at this point and the weight release once. It really is a well thought out program. I've lost and kept off about 15 lbs. using Dherbs and I'm about to order again. My goals are to lose weight permanently and become a stricter vegan. My sister and I do the cleanse together which is helpful because we keep each other accountable. *
